WEEE Compliance

WEEE stands for Waste from Electrical and Electronic Equipment and aims to encourage the designing of electronic products so that they are easy to recycle and recover in an environmentally safe way.

As part of our responsibility as Producer No. WEE/EC0085VZ/PRO, under the UK Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations, when purchasing new electric and electronic lawn and garden equipment from us, you may recycle your old electric and electronic lawn and garden equipment of the same function.

In accordance with the UK Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations 2013, and where the products supplied by us are designated for business use only (B2B),

the customer shall be responsible for financing the collection, treatment, recovery, and environmentally sound disposal of any such WEEE when it becomes waste at end-of-life.

By purchasing these B2B products, the customer acknowledges and accepts full responsibility and obligations under the WEEE Regulations 2013.

The customer acknowledges and accepts that we have passed on its WEEE obligations for these products in accordance with Regulation 12(2) of the WEEE Regulations.

It is the responsibility of the customer to dispose of such WEEE through an authorised and compliant waste management solution.
