Toro and Hayter
In early 2005 The Toro Company acquired Hayter in order to strengthen its position in the UK and European outdoor power equipment and commercial grounds care markets.
Toro is a US based company specialising in the maintenance and preservation of outdoor environments around the world. Its mission is to make landscapes green, healthy, and safe with superior, innovative, and environmentally sound products, services and systems.
Since 1914, Toro has built its reputation on providing customers with the highest quality precision equipment and irrigation systems in the world. Toro's maintenance equipment product line includes mowers, aerators, sprayers, trimmers, blowers, compact utility loaders and vehicles. Water management tools include high technology irrigation systems with computerised controllers, valves, sprinklers, micro-drip irrigation systems, and precision turf management.
